description of two-parametric fitting of semi-empirical model for the depth-dose curves (DDC) of electrons beam. The measurement of DDC of electrons into standard dosimetric wedge were performed in the process of radiation sterilization of medical devices on the radiation facility with EB accelerator into INCT, Warsaw, Poland. It was shown that satisfactory agreement between the measurement results and simulation of the DDC of electrons beam with using PFSEM method is observed.
