The parameters of the equipment for cutting of textile waste are determined. The length of cutting length depends on the speed rate of the material in the cutting area and the speed of rotation of the rotor. The optimum length of fibers should be between 1 and 6 mm, therefore, the recommended operating parameters of the cutting tool are: the value of the rotor in the sleeve gap 0,02—0,04 mm; rotor speed 1600—3000 min-1; flow rate 5—13 m/min. |
