| description | Present study aimed to find out the reality of total quality management in sports clubs Algerian and perceptions Alqaúamn on sports valuable Algeria to the importance of applying the principles of total quality management , which was the satisfaction pro and achieve positive results on both internal and external , continuous improvement, and since we are in the field of sports , we feel the importance of change for the better and to accelerate to keep pace with the developments and directing change according to Mrtkzacna religious and social and perhaps the sport is one of the means to achieve this and sporty driving is moving direct to promote change and achieve the goals , so we need a director of an expert and a leader savvy motivation stems from the acceptance of change affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of his staff, a catalyst and a motivation towards improving work , achieving integration and enhanced creativity and innovation to reach excellence " ( Ankston : 2002: 56).
