Summary:This study, based on the examination of a largely unpublished documentation kept in Argentinian and Italian archives and on other sources, aims to reconstruct, contextualize and interpret the forms and the evolution of cultural exchanges promoted on the initiative of a broad front, made up of personalities of the Argentinian and Italian intellectual and political world of the interwar period. It also proposes a systematic analysis of the academic exchanges between Argentina and Italy promoted by Argentinean institutes in that period.
