description We consider the approach to the definition of plastic strain near the vertex of angular cutout using the problems of uniaxial tension of cylindrical and plane specimens with angular cutouts as example. When calculating we assume that the specimen is composite, the material is elastic-plastic for the most part but it is rigid-plastic in the small area near the singular point in vertex of cutout and this allows implementing the numerical-analytical approach to the strain fields determining.
