description The paper presents a conclusion of a mathematical model pertaining to asynchronous motor with embedded combined braking device on the basis of electromechanical brake and electromagnetic slip coupling. The mathematical model has been obtained in an orthogonal coordinate system a, b, which is fixed with respect to the asymmetric part of the asynchronous motor with embedded combined braking device. The model makes it possible to investigate transient processes in various asynchronous motors with embedded braking devices.
