Finally, is global terrorism supreme emergency or distributive justice? 2) I deal with power-sharing democracy in post-conflict societies, under the auspices of liberal peacebuilding. 3) After analysing the concept of refugee in the Refugee Convention, and how is hard for poverty migrant be awarded Asylum, I describe theSally Haslanger’s conception of race, and the Critical Race Theory. 4) Building on Carens’s distinction between realistic and idealistic approaches to the issue of populist anti-immigrant sentiments, I offer some guidances to policymakers.
