| Summary: | Training is one of important requirements for the sustainability of an institution/organization. Some of the underlying reasons are the lack of view and research results that show training which can increase value added for one and not only be an objective to affect short-term performance. In addition, people in several countries, including Indonesia believe that there is a positive correlation between training and education. Educational institutions also often choose training as one of the strategies to improve the quality of the performance of teachers in the education personnel in order to achieve educational goals.
