description Background. To reveal patterns of variability of anthropometry parameters and bioimpedance in women with gynoid type of adipose tissue distribution. Objects of research, methods. Women from 18 to 50 years old (n = 336) were studied, the objects of study were divided into age groups by decades. Group I consisted of women 18–20 years old (n = 54), II – 21–30 years old (n = 82), III – 31–40 years old (n = 86), IV – 41–50 years old (n = 114). Results. The body type was determined by the index of the ratio of the waist circumference to the circumference of the hips, in age groups, women with the gynoid type (TB < 0.8) were identified. On the analyzer for assessing the balance of the water sectors of the body with the software “ABC-01 Medass”, the parameters of bioimpedancemetry were determined. Anthropometrically determined the total size, component composition of the body, indicators of endo-, ecto- and mesomorphy. Conclusion. The characteristic of the physique of women with a gynoid type of distribution of adipose tissue aged 18–50 years is given.
