The underlying causes for this PB are pulmonary diseases, congenital heart disease, and few other conditions. The treatment of this condition includes rigid bronchoscopy and removal of this cast. Here, we present a case of PB in a previously healthy 6-year-old boy presenting with respiratory distress. This child was managed by rigid bronchoscopy and this cast was removed from the right bronchus. |
