This fact has significant consequences for the investment and construction process in the field of construction and reconstruction of forest roads. The subject of the study is the analysis of forest roads on a theoretical and practical level. Apart from the dogmatic approach, forest roads should be confronted with the institutions of administrative substantive law, such as public goods (facilities) and special areas. |
