Purification and partial characterization of Phaseolus vulgaris seed aminopeptidase

The aminopeptidase activity of Phaseolus vulgaris seeds was measured using L-Leu-p-nitroanilide and the L-aminoacyl-ß-naphthylamides of Leu, Ala, Arg and Met.
