The scientific research analyses the effectiveness, cooperation and flexibility of the regional security policy of the regions as the Balkans, the Caucasus, the ex-Soviet countries, by this depends whether will they succeed in overcoming the period of instability towards national security and the consolidation of a genuine contemporary democracy in countries. |
