Member States of the European Union and the Western Balkan states (states in transition) are facing a migrant and refugee crisis, caused by the uncontrollable and outrageous volume of migrants’ arrival. The causes of the current migrant crisis in Europe are different, but also very similar to previous: escape from the war suffering, extremism, and terrorism, the search for a better life, abandonment of failed and non-functional governments, etc. |
