Summary:The traditional modeling method of simulation and study of Automated Mechanical Transmission( AMT) powertrain for vehicle is using simulation platform to establish the mathematical model of AMT powertrain presently,but this method has a heavy workload. Directed at problems above,a method for building physical model of AMT powertrain based on Simscape presented. To verifying the accuracy of this model,the AMT shift control strategy based on engine speed coordination control is designed,and a simulation and experimental validation of this shift control strategy through the physical model is carried on. The results of simulation and experimental show that this physical model has a relative higher accuracy,simpler structure and better expansibility,it can improve the efficiency of the development of AMT control system.
