description this article seeks to find keys of interpretation to determine the relationship between technological artifacts and human rights from a phenomenological perspective. To achieve this goal we proceed to conceptualize previous aspects such as technoscience, natural and artificial world to further analyze and interpret the contributions of Martin Heidegger’s proposal and its impact on how the relationship is established with the artifacts from their supposed neutrality.
