There has been published most of the Iranian newspapers in this region compare with other part of the country. The present paper is a historical
review of Azarbayejanian newspaper covering period of 1851-2001 (1230-1380)", At first definitions of Azarbayejan region, newspaper
specifications and historical reviewing purposes are given. Then 7 analytical charts in the period of 150 years are provided, according to: the
kinds of printing, language, publishing data, location of publishing,
frequency of publishing and to the selected subjects.
