description The study objection is to describe our results of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of kidney tumors including tumors of the sole transplanted kidney in a patient with terminal renal failure.Materials and methods. In 2016—2018, RFAfor kidney tumors was performed in 12 patients (2 women and 10 men). Patients’ age varied between 25 and 67 years. A clinical case of performing RFA for kidney tumor which previously was transplanted from a living donor for treatment of terminal chronic renal failure as an outcome of congenital kidney dysplasia, secondary pyelonephritis of continuously recurrent course is presented.Results. Histological examination diagnosed clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (G). Postoperative period was within normal. At the time of release the patient»s health was satisfactory. Control magnetic resonance imaging after 6 months didn’t show signs of recurrence or repeat tumor growth at the destruction site. Two years after RFA, control examinations of the transplant didn’t show signs of recurrence.Conclusion. RFA can be considered a safe and effective method of treatment of small renal tumors including in transplanted kidneys.
