Summary:<strong>There is no doubt that public rights and freedoms occupy an important social position in human life, as they are the highest human values and even the highest of them in absolutely , as they are related to them whether they exist or not, so humanity has become in its various phases of faith and adherence to it, as it is one of the foundations of man himself and cannot be a luxury , as it was dedicated to maintain it, as all the revolutions and uprisings that the peoples had made against the arbitrariness of the ruling authorities were aimed at extracting these rights and freedoms, and then as a result, they were underlined in constitutional and legal texts guaranteeing their exercise and protection.</strong> <br /><strong>The right of individuals to obtain safe housing is one of those rights and freedoms that enable them and their families to live in safety and dignity away from homelessness and housing in the slums that lack the most basic elements of life, that the importance that the subject of research which is the right to adequate housing comes in two basic axes, the first ,  is that recognition constitutional and is not sufficient unless there are sufficient guarantees that individuals can reassure them in a manner that preserves their dignity, and the second is to follow an integrated strategy by the constitutional institutions, especially after the increase in the population and the consequent increase in the need to establish model housing units, and here it must efforts are joining together to reduce slums.</strong>
