Increased surgical activity determines the importance of the evidence-based guidelines for management of patients after pancreatic surgery. The article presents an overview of international Evidence-based Guidelines for the Management of Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency after Pancreatic Surgery (2016) and United European Gastroenterology evidence-based guidelines for the diagnosis and therapy of chronic pancreatitis (HaPanEU, 2017). |
