description We report the first case of a double sensitization for two apparently non-related allergens: disperse red textile dye and topical ketoprofen. A possible explanation was that the topical gel medication could act as a vehicle between the skin and the textile red dye, underlining the importance of a “carrier-substance” to facilitate the allergen penetration and a possible sensitization to it.
