Summary:The purpose of this paper is identifying relationship between organizational citizenship behavior, total quality management and performance in industrial firms in Tehran province.  For access to these aim 16 industrial firms from 4 sections of automobile, food material, textile and wood production (8 firms is used of TQM method and 8 firms is not used of TQM method) are selected as samples. The current study is descriptive and correlation study.  For Analysis of data is used of AMOS software. The result of this paper is indicated that organizational citizenship behavior have not direct impact on performance of industrial Firms in Tehran province but for complete its effect need to managerial methodology like total quality management. In the other hand organizational citizenship behavior in through of total quality management create connection with to customer satisfaction and productivity as two key factor of performance. So TQM has a main role to relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and industrial firm's performance.
