Summary:In view of problems that existing monitoring and warning system of coal mine shaft wall deformation has single detecting method and has no on-line monitoring function, an early warning system of shaft wall deformation based on optimization GM(1, 1) was designed. The system uses stress, displacement and temperature sensor to collect deformation data of shaft compression section, adopts optimization GM(1, 1) model to realize analysis and fitting of the data, and uses industrial Ethernet to transmit the temperature and displacement data to the computer monitoring system, so as to realize real-time data display, analysis and early warning. The application results show that the system has stable performance, precise measurement and reliable early warning.
