description Trade concerning military bases is the hope for Djibouti to realize an unique destiny. Indeed, since last year, the country welcomed major armies of the world. This trade of military bases is also a trap. Results of this trading activity are uncertain. On the other hand, the country suffers from an impaired sovereignty.
