| Summary: | To compare the quality of life of patients treated for hand bone fractures, 120 patients after internal pin and external fixation were examined. For the study purposes, the special questionnaires were used to determine the quality of life. The data obtained give evidence that using of surgical treatment allows to achieve the positive dynamics of patients’ quality of life, the most marked in patients with external fixation technique. It should be mentioned that in cases of rehabilitation period elongation the level of quality of life has not been connected with effectiveness of used surgical technique. |
