Summary:This study focused on the determinants of job satisfaction of agricultural extension agents in Kogi State Agricultural Development Project (KGADP), Nigeria. One hundred of the 120 extension agents staff of KGADP were used for the study. The results show that the agricultural extension agents in KGADP are not. satisfied with their job. Also the study reveals that job satisfaction has significant relationships with educational level, remuneration, work environment owl involvement in decision -making. After identifying the life -line significance of these factors as undisputed determinants ofjob satisfaction, recommendations are made for conducive job climate.
