Nurses had enhanced the maintenance of gastric tube and monitoring on drainage fluid during the gastrointestinal decompression treatment. In addition of intravenous nutrition therapy, the traditional Chinese Medicine rectal drip therapy was carried to relive the nausea and abdominal distension of the patient.
