Elastic and resonant interactions of a lump wave and solitary waves for the (2+1)-dimensional Ito equation

In this paper, by using of a transformation with a parameter, together with the Hirota bilinear method, we obtain the 3-solitary wave and 4-solitary wave solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional Ito equation. The parameter plays an important role in the long wave limit method. The elastic interactions are...

Description
Summary:In this paper, by using of a transformation with a parameter, together with the Hirota bilinear method, we obtain the 3-solitary wave and 4-solitary wave solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional Ito equation. The parameter plays an important role in the long wave limit method. The elastic interactions are analyzed from the point of asymptotical analysis. Resorting to the phase shifts of the lump wave and taking different values of the parameters, we obtain the resonant interactional solutions which are analyzed graphically.
