description | The article is devoted to the foreign policy strategy of Georgia after the change of government in 2013. The author explores, what are the goals of a young Georgian government? Have the foreign policy priorities of the Georgian state changed? Will the policy of Georgia become more balanced and predictable? And whether it is possible to build a dialogue with Russia, whilst remaining faithful to the idea of European integration? In conclusion the author expresses his confidence that there is hope for a fruitful, mutually beneficial and successful cooperation between Georgia and Russia in relation to the economy and culture, which will contribute to the political dialogue in the future. In this vein, it is important to promote a fair and balanced opinion of citizens of the two states in relation to each other. |
