Description
Summary:If the approaches to sustainability frameworks were multiplied in the last years, they focused on the development project and its implementation. The effects of time remain little known today and barely studied in a systematic way. The technique of revisit is applied here so as to understand and explain the variations occurring over time. Little attention has been paid to which causes confusion. What can be learn about the dynamics that disconcert, derive from the scheduled itinerary and perhaps change its consistency? Should we not consider the unexpected or instable balances in rhetorics and practices? This article shows how the analysis of sustainable development in terms of temporalities can be fruitful to rethink about the way that the professionals of the housing sector and the inhabitants receive and integrate into their lives the paradigmatic changes induced by political action. Combinatorial operations rather than settled trajectories, the revisits of fields built ten years ago identify the inverse of a strategic framing about the sustainable development of human habitat. Often associated as reverses, the setbacks disturb and in this way track down a dominant vision of sustainability as a time planned in a unified manner.
