Summary: | Characteristics of blood pressure were studied in various pathogenetic subtypes of ischemic stroke of 160 patients. During the development of stroke there was revealed the dependence of the level of the increase systolic and diastolic blood pressure from burden and continuance of arterial hypertension in past history under all stroke subtypes and maximum of patients with lacunar stroke.Within first 24 hours of stroke there was revealed the dependence of blood pressure from arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus in past history and great extent decrease of patients with lacunar stroke. Most patients with an acute ischemic stroke had arterial hypertension. Frequency, degree and dynamic were related to the subtype of ischemic stroke. |
