| Summary: | The lecture considers the main stages of the creation and development of orthopedic rheumatology in Russia. It summarizes some results of the scientific and practical activities of orthopedic rheumatologists of the V.A. Nasonova Research Institute and discusses prospects for further scientific developments and the possible development of minimally invasive surgery, such as arthroscopic surgery of the large and small joints. Emphasis is placed on the rehabilitation of patients with rheumatic diseases, by using high-tech treatments. |
