| description | The study conducted a critical analysis of scientific research and methods of strategic planning and determined that SWOT analysis is one of the effective tools. Based on this, the methods of statistical analysis, system-structural methods, comparative method, as well as the SWOT analysis method were used. The scientific novelty of the proposed innovations is determined by the complexity of the assessment of development trends and consequences of transformation of national transport sector in the period of dynamic changes, as well as the authors' SWOT analysis of country transport sector as a national economic system component. In the course of the study the possibility of effective use of the proposed tools and further taking into account the current changes has been established. |
