Fast determination of active ingredients in compound antipyretic analgesic tablets by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography(复方解热镇痛药的毛细管胶束电动色谱快速分析)
研究了用毛细管胶束电动色谱快速测定解热镇痛药复方阿司匹林(APC)中阿司匹林(AS)、非那西丁(PH)、咖啡因(CA)及复方扑热息痛(PAC)中扑热息痛(PA),AS,CA含量的方法.使用长37 cm(有效长度30 cm)内径75 µm的石英毛细管,+ 20kV分离电压,在pH 8.65的9 mmol · L-1 Na2B4O7-13 mmol • L-1 KH2PO4 (内含60 mmol · L-1 SDS和2%乙醇)缓冲溶液中,同一制剂中的三组分可在4.5 min内完全分离.用紫外检测器在214 nm处检测,外标法定量.测定4组分的相对标准偏差在0.84%~1.84%之间,回收率在99%...
