Descrevemos um caso de CS da coluna torácica causando paraparesia espástica em uma paciente de 14 anos de idade. O cisto foi removido através de laminectomia e a paciente apresentou uma excelente recuperação. Discutimos os aspectos etiológicos e terapêuticos. |
