Summary:<p>The article considers the classification of integration agreements in accordance with the approach to promoting labor mobility, formalizes the concepts of a “common” and “single” labor market. It also analyzes the evolution and functioning problems of the common labor market in the EU, taking into account the latest integration changes and the inflow of refugees from Africa and the Middle East. A fairly detailed analysis of mobility, migration policy and regulation of migration flows in integration agreements such as ASEAN, SAARC and APEC is carried out. Based on the analysis of the existing experience of other integration associations, priorities for the EEU are defined in terms of creating a single labor market.</p>
