Surprisingly, multiple, whitish, refractile, non-inflammatory deposits were noted in the immediate postoperative period on the posterior surface of the pIOL in the right eye. A quick recap of surgical steps identified the rationale for the lens deposits, circumventing similar incident in the fellow eye. |
