The synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite membrane on the surface of stainless steel wire mesh and its impacting parameters(不锈钢基体上ZSM-5分子筛膜的制备及影响因素分析)

采用阳极氧化技术对不锈钢丝网表面进行修饰,成功制备了ZSM-5分子筛膜.通过XRD、SEM等技术对合成的材料进行表征,并考察了电解液种类、晶化时间、晶化温度以及合成次数等参数对分子筛膜的影响.结果表明,经阳极氧化工艺处理后,不锈钢丝网表面出现了明显的孔径结构,并生成了一层致密的阳极氧化膜.这些孔道结构和阳极氧化膜有利于ZSM-5分子筛膜的生长,是成功合成高结合力分子筛膜的关键.各制备参数对分子筛膜的结构形成亦产生了较大的影响....
