| Summary: | ظهرت أهمية دراسة أنماط حياة السکان بالبيئة السکنية للتجمعات العمرانية الجديدة أکاديمياً وعملياً بهدف تعظيم الاستفادة من الاستثمارات العمرانية والمجتمعية الحالية والمستقبلية، إذ تتحکم أنماط حياة المجتمع في جودة الراحة المجتمعية والاقتصادية والتميز العمراني للبيئة السکنية، وکذلک الصورة الذهنية عن المجتمع وعمرانه. يناقش البحث أنماط الحياة من منطلق إشکالية صعوبة تحديد أولويات تفضيل متغيرات جودة الحياة بالبيئة السکنية لمجموعات أنماط حياة السکان المختلفة، وتظهر ملامح هذه المشکلة بکافة مراحل عملية الإسکان. تتناول الورقة دراسة وتحليل أبرز نظريات أنماط الحياة ومکوناتها، وکذلک ماهية جودة الحياة بالبيئة السکنية وکيفية قياس متغيراتها، وفي النهاية يتم التطبيق من خلال استبيانات للسکان وتحليل نتائجها بيانياً ومقارنتها لاستنباط الارتباطات بين مجموعات أنماط الحياة ونموذج قياس متغيرات جودة الحياة لـ Costanza بهدف طرح تقييم للأولويات الحياتية لتفضيل متغيرات جودة الحياة بالبيئة السکنية التي تلائم مجموعات أنماط الحياة المتنوعة للمجتمع. أثبتت نتائج البحث عدم وجوب اتفاق أولويات تفضيلات إجمالي السکان لمتغيرات جودة الحياة، مع نتائج تفضيلاتهم وفقاً لتصنيفهم کمجموعات أنماط الحياة لنفس السکان. مما يؤکد أهمية البحث في عمليات تخصيص المشروعات الإسکانية لمجموعات محددة مسبقاً لأنماط الحياة وفقاً للامتيازات التصميمية التي يقدمها المشروع بالتحکم في متغيرات جودة الحياة باعتبارها ذات أولوية عالية لأنماط الحياة المستهدفة.
The importance of studying the societal lifestyles in the residential environment for the new urban communities has emerged recently academically and practically. It maximizes the benefits of the recent and future urban and community investments. Societial lifestyles control the quality of socio-economic comfort and the urban competence of the residential environment, as well as the image of the community. The research discusses the problematic of the difficulty in prioritizing the quality of life variables in the residential environment related to the various societal lifestyle groups. The research aims to assess the relative priorities of the QOL variables for predefined societal lifestyle groups. The research discusses the theories of societal lifestyles, as well as the QOL in the residential environment and how to be measured. It presents an application that shows the priorities of the QOL variables mentioned in Costanza’s model due to the societal lifestyle groups, using residents’ questionnaires, comparative and analytical analysis. The results showed that it’s not a must to get equal QOL preferences’ priorities through a total sample of people with their categorization due to lifestyle groups, which assures the importance of the research in the process of customizing residential projects for predefined groups of lifestyles via design features that are used to match their priorities with the QOL variables. |
