| description | This study aims to examine factors influencing the participation of rice-producing households in large farm models in Tinh Bien district of An Giang province using quantitative analysis of Binary Logistic model and data collected from 290 rice farming households in the region in 2016. Findings show that there are 11 statistically significant factors influencing the participation of rice-producing households in the large farm model. They are householder’s age and education, family members participating in rice production, accessibility to roads, production land in dike area, households’ other incomes, rice production area, households’ expectation of costs and productivity when joining the large farm model, their knowledge of large farm model, and households’ size. |
