There is a raging sabotage in the nation’s economic structure, which comes from the time of illiteracy, which created and produced a breakdown in the economic structure determined in the ignorance of the productive forces of the toiling masses - and in the lack of awareness of these forces to understand the importance and the temporal dimension and economy in expenditures and consumption, or in another sense and the permanence of the wasteful bleeding in materials And the means, the obstacles that led to the delay or delay at best emerged in the process of change and construction, which is represented as the prominent civilization feature in our current world.
