| description | Purpose: the experiment on laboratory animals to study the efficacy of ultrasonic scalpel «Ultraсision Harmonic Scalpel» compared with monopolar electrocoagulation.Material and methods: the study of morphofunctional changes in the liver, with the application of Ultraсision Scalpel «Ultraсision Harmonic Scalpel» and monopolar electrocautery in the experiment on 16 white rats weighing 200 to + 20 grams.Results: ultrasound, compared with electrocoagulation, has a more gentle effect on organs that prevents necrosis tissue damage to the small blood vessels and extrahepatic bile duct.Summary: in the experiment proved the effectiveness of ultrasonic scalpel (USS) operations on the liver and bile ways, proved intact of the latter in relation to the functions of the liver, which demonstrates its advantages over traditional monopolar coagulation. |
