Gene component and arrangement of ‘Shichang’ mitogenome were identical to those reported Saccharina cultivars. Further phylogenetic analysis of mitogenomes confirmed that ‘Shichang’ had closer relationship with cultivar ‘Pingbancai’, which suggested its parental origin and genetic relationship. |
