Summary:Today, entrepreneurship has become a very important area. This is the main reason for this situation is the neo-liberal transformation. The area is also supported entrepreneurship in Turkey. However, despite the supports, it remains below the world average. Structural analysis of this situation is important for the policies to be developed. The aim of this study is to analyze the structural factors that affect entrepreneurship in Turkey. Historical heritage will affect the development of entrepreneurship in Turkey has also been questioned. It has been observed that there is an intricate structure behind many of the limitations experienced in the development of today's entrepreneurship, where economic, cultural and demographic factors coexist.
