Other than the preparatory or prewriting material (reading notes, research, planning, storyboarding, lists and other comments scattered in notebooks and folders), there is some written or rather “half written” material: a few pages from a notebook with three different beginnings (amongst which the published incipit) and the first few pages of the published novel. There are also two versions (one handwritten and one typed manuscript) of a story from the sixties also titled “La ocasión”, whose relation to the novel we will examine. |
