Description
Summary:The article deals with the problems of strategic management of the diversification process of the Russian defence industry complex by digital platforms. The purpose of the study was the formation of nonlinear management systems for industrial enterprises, when using digital platforms to cooperation between the defense industry enterprises with each other, and with civilian industrial enterprises. The authors used methods of retrospective analysis, scientific methods of observing the current situation in the field of diversification of industrial production and the use of digital platforms, data collection, and methods of induction and deduction. This approach made it possible to substantiate the feasibility of using digital platforms to increase in the volume of civilian and dual-use products. The consumers and suppliers can communicate in real time to exchange services, products and information. The platforms help to quickly receive information about the products and services of counterparties, automatically analyse them and make effective management decisions on the selection of suppliers. At the same time, civilian industrial enterprises receive high-tech products in cooperation with defence enterprises. Proposals for the formation and use of digital platforms for organising cooperation can be effectively used by defence and civil industrial enterprises in the production of civilian products and dual-use products.
