She developed atrial fibrillation and heart failure with minor electrocardiographic changes, which mimicked ischaemia. She recovered completely after one month of treatment for heart failure.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>Prolonged hypothermia, which mimicks ischaemia, may cause arrhythmias and heart failure.</p> |
