| description | <p align="justify" ><b>Resumo:</b> Ao abordar o modelo atual de atendimento disponibilizado aos adolescentes autores de atos infracionais, este artigo visa articular a discussão dessa problemática ao conjunto de questões que perpassam a construção dos direitos da criança e do adolescente no país. Da mesma forma, esse recorte temático objetiva a reflexão acerca dos processos de luta e conquista dos diferentes sujeitos sociais, bem como dos desafios que se fazem presentes na afirmação de tais direitos na perspectiva da democracia.<br><br><b>Abstract:</b> By addressing the present model for dealing with juvenile transgressors, this article aims at elaborating a discussion regarding this issue that also includes the matters related to the establishment of children’s and teenagers’ rights in Brazil. Similarly, the article also aims at reflecting about the processes of struggle and achievements of different social groups, as well as the challenges that are present in the affirmation of social rights in the perspective of democracy.</p> |
