| Summary: | The changes taking place at the present stage in the troops indicate an increase in the requirements for officers. Currently, future officers need to be able to solve not only standard tasks in accordance with their official duties, but also be ready to act in various situations. This article is an experimental study of the process of forming predictive competencies in future officers. We carried out experimental work, which assumed the establishment of the state of formation of predictive competencies.
Goal. The article is devoted to the study of the process of development and formation of predictive competencies in future officers.
Methodology and methods. The research is based on conducting experimental work with cadets (future officers) at the ascertaining stage, comparing the control and experimental groups according to the selected criteria.
The result of the work. The authors developed criteria and indicators for the development of predictive competencies, as well as the analysis made it possible to determine the level of formation of predictive competencies in future officers, and on this basis to develop a program for the formation and development of predictive competencies in future officers.
Scope of the results. The results of the study can be applied in military institutes. |
