The Author has formulated the concept of additional guarantees of social and economic rights of the citizens. The research paper deals with the importance of additional guarantees for the implementation of the social and economic rights of the citizens, enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. A proposal has been made to investigate additional guarantees, which will allow regions and municipalities to adopt the experience of successful securing of the constitutional social and economic rights of the citizens. |
